Quick response to phone call requesting service, and while the part that was required to fix the problem seemed expensive, the expert had the party available on his truck and got our AC up and running in a timely manner.

Adrian arrived promptly on the early side of the time window. He was courteous and professional throughout the service call.

Adrian identified an issue, gave me a quote and took care of it.

Very pleased with the service I receive from A/C Mechanical.

Outstanding service and workmanship from estimate through installation. Top quality parts, knowledgeable foreman and crew and pleasant vibe during the installation.

Mel did the estimate and took the time to thoroughly understand how we use the rooms in our house. He recommended using our central heat as a starting point to add central a/c and update some old ducting. We discussed the pros/cons of central air vs using mini-split systems and his patient explanations left us very comfortable with the choice of a single zone central a/c system.

The installation was well-coordinated, led by Carlos with a team of 6 people doing ducting, heater replacement, and condenser placement. Carlos is a great communicator and the team was able to complete the installation in the same day by working efficiently in parallel on many fronts. They were very respectful of our property in terms of not tracking in dirt (it had rained night before), and removal of the installation-related debris and the old furnace that was removed.

We are totally pleased with A/C Mechanical Sol Inc and recommend them without reservation.
